Delivery Time

Please note that all orders have a minimum lead time of two weeks due to the custom nature of the items. However, we always try to exceed expectations and deliver ahead of schedule whenever possible. If you need your order sooner, rush orders are available for an additional fee. Please note that additional freight charges may apply to meet your delivery requirements.

Return Policy

At our company, we strive to provide the highest quality custom products for our clients. If we make a mistake in your product order, we are happy to accept returns. However, please note that we cannot accept returns or cancellations on custom products. Our goal is your satisfaction, and we do our utmost to ensure quality. Rest assured that we'll make it right if an error occurs. Please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Payment Process

Once you've approved the quote and finalized all mock-ups, we initiate the payment process. Since our merchandise is custom-made, we require payment before starting production. We accept a variety of payment methods, including cash, card, check and Venmo.

We highly value your privacy at Customary Designs LLC. Rest assured that all orders shared on our social media page are only done so with the explicit approval of the customer.

Shipping & Handling

Thank you for choosing our services. We are happy to inform you that we offer shipping upon request. Please note that freight charges will be evaluated at the time of the order. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us

Order Confirmation

Our primary objective is to deliver an exceptional experience to you. To achieve this, we will send you a confirmation email, which includes mock-ups (if applicable), before invoicing. This ensures that no further changes are necessary, and you get exactly what you need. Please note, once the mock-ups are approved, refunds are not possible. Our aim is to make your vision a reality every time.

Samples

In order to maintain our high quality standards and meet your specific needs, you may request a sample with your logo or design. A non-refundable deposit is required, which will be credited towards your order at a later time.

File Quality

To attain the finest image quality, make sure your file has a minimum of 300 dpi. Keep in mind, once your files have been approved, refunds will not be issued.
